Therapy should feel accessible, clear, and free from surprises.

I work with many insurance plans and offer transparent private pay options.

Using Insurance

I offer in-network therapy through Headway, which securely manages scheduling, billing & payments.

If you choose to use insurance:

  • Headway verifies your benefits before your first session

  • You can see your estimated copay and coverage in advance

  • Claims and payments are handled automatically through the platform

  • Many clients pay only a copay per session, depending on their plan.

Accepted Insurances

I am currently in-network with:

  • Aetna

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Cigna

  • Independence Blue Cross PA - Virtual Network

  • Quest Behavioral Health

I am completing credentialing to become in-network with additional plans, including:

  • Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NJ

  • Independence Blue Cross PA - Commercial

  • Oscar (Optum)

  • Oxford (Optum)

  • United Healthcare (Optum)

While approvals are pending, I’m happy to discuss out-of-network options or expected timelines so you can plan with clarity.

Common reasons include:

  • Greater privacy (insurance requires a mental health diagnosis)

  • Flexibility in treatment length or focus

  • High deductibles that make private pay similar in cost

Private Pay Options

Private pay is available for clients who prefer privacy or flexibility.

Private Pay Rates

  • A brief, no-cost phone or video call to answer questions and see if working together feels like a good fit.

  • An initial session to understand your concerns, history, and goals while beginning a thoughtful, individualized plan for therapy.

  • Ongoing sessions focused on support, coping skills, and meaningful progress at a pace that feels right for you.

  • A limited number of reduced-fee spots available based on financial need, typically ranging from $100–$140 per session. You are welcome to ask about current availability during your consultation.

Payments are processed securely through Headway. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, a superbill can be provided for possible reimbursement.
