That’s completely okay. Many people feel unsure at first, which is why I offer free consultations.
There’s no pressure - just space to ask questions, talk things through, and decide whether therapy feels like the right next step for you.
-
The first step is scheduling a free 15-minute consultation.
This gives us a chance to briefly connect, talk about what you’re looking for, and see whether working together feels like a good fit before beginning therapy.

Virtual therapy offers flexibility, privacy, and the ability to attend from a space where you feel comfortable and safe. Sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, and you will receive a private link 24 hours before each appointment to make joining simple and stress-free.
